Sandy is an experienced nonprofit leader, network builder, project manager, business advisor, writer, marketer, and event organizer. She currently serves as HR Communication & Project Manager for the Executive Office of Health & Human Services of Massachusetts. Sandy founded and ran a national association of communication professionals for 16 years called the National Coalition for Dialogue & Deliberation. In that role, she gained extensive experience in event planning, fundraising, virtual team management, marketing and communications, as well as deep knowledge in conflict resolution, race relations, social justice and community change. Sandy has a Master’s in International and Intercultural Management.
